New Year, New You, New Us!

I’d like a pound for every pound I’ve ever tried to lose (should that be a euro for every kilo) whatever, as the New Year dawns many of you will be vowing to lose a few inches. Healthy eating is probably high on the agenda and with a few simple changes you can get off to a good start.

As an all-round labour saving kitchen helper I think the food processor is a great tool. For blitzing and grating, slicing and chopping, kneading and blending. Manufactured by the mother company ‘Waring’ (famous for their juicers) these are extremely attractive at an attractive price.
